🔦Power and Modes

1. Tri-Power Functionality:
   • The lantern operates on three power sources: rechargeable battery, alkaline batteries, and a solar panel.
   • To switch to dry cell batteries:
     • Ensure the lantern is OFF.
     • Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to switch from rechargeable to dry cell power.
2. Brightness Levels and Dimming:
   • Dimming Function: Hold the button to adjust the light intensity.
   • Available brightness levels:
     • High Mode: Maximum brightness

       • Rechargeable Batteries: 2000 lumens –  Up to 2.5 hours.

       • Alkaline Batteries: 1000 lumens – Up to 12 hours

     • Medium Mode: Balanced brightness and runtime

       • Rechargeable Batteries: 250 lumens –  Up to 20 hours.

       • Alkaline Batteries: 250 lumens – Up to 60 hours.

     • Low Mode: Energy-efficient mode for extended runtime

       • Rechargeable Batteries: 65 lumens –  Up to 50 hours.

       • Alkaline Batteries: 65 lumens – Up to 200 hours.

🔋 Charging Indicator Lights and Battery Information

Internal Rechargeable Battery: The lantern includes a built-in rechargeable battery composed of two 18650 lithium-ion cells (3.7V / 3600mAh total capacity). This battery is designed for repeated charging and long-term use.

1. USB-IN and USB-OUT Ports:
   • USB-IN: Used to recharge the internal battery.
   • USB-OUT: Used to charge external devices such as phones or small electronics

   • Blue Lights: 

     1 light: Low battery.

     2 lights: Partial charge.

     3 lights: Nearly full.

     4 lights: Fully charged.

     Blink progressively as the battery charges. All 4 lights steady = fully charged.

2. Solar Panel:
   • Red light next to the solar panel: Indicates the lantern is charging via solar power.
   • Red light in the bulb: Also indicates the lantern is charging via solar power.
3. Charging Time:
   • The rechargeable battery typically takes 4-6 hours to charge fully via USB.

Important About USB-OUT Charging

While the lantern can charge small devices, this feature is intended for emergency or supplemental charging rather than multiple full recharges.

For reference:

• Most modern smartphones have batteries between 3,000–4,000mAh.

• The lantern can typically provide about one full phone charge (or slightly less) depending on:

  • Charging efficiency

  • Cable quality

  • Phone model

  • Battery health

  • Remaining lantern charge level

📍Battery Warnings and Guidelines

1. Battery Safety:
   • Do not mix old and new batteries or different types.
   • Remove batteries if the lantern will not be used for an extended period to prevent leakage and store in a cool dry place.
