This article explains how to properly charge your Infinity X1 5000 Lumen Flashlight, how to check battery levels, and what to do if the flashlight does not turn on after charging.
Step 1: Confirm Proper Charging Setup
For best results, we recommend removing the battery pack from the flashlight while charging so you can clearly see the charging indicator.
How to charge the battery:
Remove the battery pack from the flashlight
Plug the included USB-C charging cable into the IN port on the battery
(The OUT port is used to charge other devices and will not charge the flashlight)Connect the cable to a 5V/1A USB power adapter
(Charging cube not included)
Charging indicator:
π΄ Red light β Charging
π’ Green light β Fully charged
A full charge may take several hours depending on the battery level.
Step 2: Check the Battery Level on the Flashlight
The flashlight has four blue indicator lights above the power button.
All four lights illuminated β Battery is fully charged
Fewer lights illuminated β Battery level is lower
Step 3: Reinstall the Battery Correctly
When reinstalling the battery pack:
Make sure the IN port on the battery aligns with the IN port on the flashlight body
If the ports are misaligned, the flashlight may not receive power even if the battery is charged.
Step 4: Check Power Lock Mode (If the Light Wonβt Turn On)
The Infinity X1 5000L Flashlight includes Power Lock Mode, which helps prevent accidental activation and preserve battery life.
If the flashlight turns on briefly or does not stay on, it may be locked.
To disable Power Lock Mode:
Make sure the flashlight is off
Press and hold the power button for 3β5 seconds
Release when the light turns on and stays on
Once unlocked, you can press the button normally to cycle through brightness modes.
If the Flashlight Still Doesnβt Charge or Turn On
If youβve completed the steps above and the flashlight still isnβt working:
Try a different USB-C cable or 5V/1A charging adapter
Make sure the battery is fully seated and aligned
