Auto Dimming vs. Step-Down
The 7000L flashlight has two separate dimming functions:
Auto Dimming (Sensor Feature): When the flashlight is held close to most surfaces, it will reduce brightness to prevent heat buildup and glare.
Automatic Step-Down (Runtime Feature): After running on the highest setting for several minutes, brightness will gradually lower to balance performance with safety and battery life.
Key Notes
This dimming is normal and intentional.
The flashlight can be cycled back to higher modes, but it will step down again after extended use or if close to another object.
For longest runtime, use lower brightness settings when possible.

How do you take the flashlight of of Try-Me. Demo mode?
Hi Jorge,Β
Good question! In the OFF position, please press and hold the power button for 3-5 seconds until the light stays on. From there you can use the settings normally! To reactivate Try Me / Demo Mode, please do the same thing, press and hold the power button for 3-5 seconds until the light cycles through the different modes, flashes, and then turns off.Β
You can find the instructions here in this Help Article: https://infinityx1.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/34936291384215--Infinity-X1-7000L-Flashlight-Try-Me-Demo-Mode
Hope this helps!
