🏮 How to Charge – Duracell 3000L Lantern

The Duracell 3000 Lumen Tri-Power Lantern offers multiple ways to power up and charge — including USB-C, solar charging, D-cell batteries, and wireless Qi compatibility. Here's how to get the most out of it.

🔌 Power Ports (IN and OUT)

This lantern includes two USB ports:

• USB-C IN: For charging the lantern’s internal rechargeable battery

• USB-A OUT: For charging external devices (like a phone or earbuds)

To charge the lantern:

1. Plug a USB-C cable into the USB-C IN port.

2. Connect it to a 5V/1A charging cube or wall outlet.

3. Charging time is approximately 4–5 hours.

4. The light ring around the power button will turn green when the lantern is fully charged.

To charge other devices:

1. Plug into the USB-A OUT port.

2. Connect your device. The lantern will act as a power bank while powered on.

☀️ Solar Charging

To charge using solar power:

• Place the lantern in direct sunlight for best results.

• Full solar charging can take 2–3 days depending on light intensity.

• A red light on the top left of the lantern indicates solar charging is active.

📱 Qi Wireless Charging

This lantern includes a built-in wireless charging pad:

• Place a Qi-compatible device (like a smartphone) on the top of the lantern.

• A blue light on the top left will illuminate while wireless charging is active.

🔘 Battery Level Indicator

The ring around the power button displays your current battery level:

• ✅ Green  = 100–66% charged

• 🟡 Yellow = 66–33% charged

• 🔴 Red = 33–5% charged

• 🔴⚪ Blinking red = 0–5% remaining

🔋 Alkaline Battery Backup

• Unscrew the base of the lantern to access the battery compartment.

• Insert 4x D-cell alkaline batteries (not included).

• The lantern will automatically use the most available power source.

🔒 Charging Safety

The Duracell 3000L Lantern includes built-in protection features to help prevent:

• ✅ Overcharging

• ✅ Over-discharging

• ✅ Short circuits

While these protections are in place, we still recommend unplugging the lantern once it’s fully charged to preserve long-term battery health.
