If your Infinity X1 500L Solar Path Light isn’t turning on, follow these troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue.

🔋 Step 1: Check the Battery Charge

✔ Ensure the light has received at least 8 hours of direct sunlight.
✔ If charging conditions were poor (cloudy weather, shade), let the light charge for an additional day.

🌙 Step 2: Test in a Dark Room

✔ The light has a built-in dusk-to-dawn sensor -- it will only turn on when it’s dark.
✔ Test the light by placing it in a dark room or covering the solar panel completely with your hand.

🔘 Step 3: Confirm the Power Mode

✔ Press the power button once to activate the light.
✔ The light should turn on in Pathway + Motion-Activated Spotlight mode.
✔ Press twice to turn the light off.

🎯 Step 4: Check the Motion Sensor

✔ If the motion sensor isn’t activating, ensure there are no obstructions (plants, walls, or other objects) blocking it.
✔ Test the motion sensor in a dark room -- it may not activate if there’s too much ambient light nearby.
✔ Try adjusting the motion timer settings to ensure motion detection is enabled.
