💡 Infinity X1 Night Lights – Troubleshooting & Fixes

If your Infinity X1 Night Light isn’t turning on or won’t stay on, follow these steps to troubleshoot the issue.

🔋 Step 1: Ensure the Battery is Fully Charged

🔹 The night light comes with a built-in rechargeable battery and must be fully charged before first use.
🔹 Charging Time: Approximately 8 hours using an AC wall outlet.

✔ Plug the night light into a working wall outlet and allow it to charge completely.
✔ If the light does not turn on, try a different outlet.

📌 Note: This unit contains a non-replaceable lithium battery - do not attempt to open or replace it.

🔄 Step 2: Check Motion & Power Failure Activation

This night light is designed to turn on:
✔ Automatically when motion is detected (for motion-activated models).
✔ During a power failure (for emergency light models).

If the light isn’t turning on:

• Ensure motion activation is working by testing in a dark room and moving in front of the sensor.
• If testing power failure mode, unplug the unit and check if it lights up.

📌 Note: There is no brightness adjustment in Night Light or Color Mode.

🔦 Step 3: Inspect for Physical or Environmental Issues

🔹 Ensure the light sensor is not blocked—it may prevent automatic activation.
🔹 Check for dirt, dust, or debris around the motion sensor or power plug.
🔹 Make sure the unit is not exposed to extreme temperatures (-4ºF to 129.2ºF).

❌ Still Not Working?

🔹 Doesn’t turn on at all? Ensure it is fully charged and try a different wall outlet.
🔹 Not activating with motion? Test in a dark room with no ambient light.
🔹 No response in power failure mode? Unplug from the wall and check if it turns on.
