Keeping your Duracell 1500 Lumen Rechargeable Work Light charged ensures peak performance for all your projects. Follow these simple steps to charge it properly and troubleshoot any issues.
🔌 Step 1: Plug In to Charge
1️⃣ Use the included USB-C charging cable to charge the work light.
2️⃣ Locate the USB-C IN-port and insert the USB-C cable into the IN-port (not the OUT-port).
3️⃣ Plug the other end into a standard 5V/1A household adapter (adapter not included).
📌 Important:
- The OUT-port (USB-C) is used to charge external devices (phones, etc.)—it does not charge the work light.
- Ensure the work light is turned off while charging for the fastest charge time.
🔵 Step 2: Check the Charging Indicator Lights
The 4-segment blue LED indicator on the work light displays battery progress:
🔹 1 Blinking Blue Light → Charging (0-25% charged)
🔹 2 Blinking Blue Lights → Charging (25-50% charged)
🔹 3 Blinking Blue Lights → Charging (50-75% charged)
🔹 4 Solid Blue Lights → Fully charged and ready to use
⏳ Charging Time: Approximately 4-6 hours for a full charge.
💡 Step 3: Using the Work Light While Charging
- You can use the work light while charging, but it will take longer to fully charge.
- If the battery is completely drained, charge it for at least 15-30 minutes before turning it on.
⚡ Step 4: Adjusting Brightness Modes
Press the power button repeatedly to toggle through brightness settings:
🔆 High Mode → Maximum brightness
🔅 Medium Mode → Moderate brightness
🌙 Low Mode → Energy-saving mode
Press the button until your desired brightness level is reached.
🛠️ Troubleshooting Charging Issues
🔹 No Blue Lights While Charging?
✔ Try a different USB-C cable and charging adapter.
✔ Ensure the cable is fully inserted into the IN-port (not the OUT-port).
🔹 Battery Won’t Hold a Charge?
✔ Charge the battery fully until all 4 blue lights are solid.
✔ Avoid extreme temperatures during use and storage.
✔ If issues persist, your battery may need warranty support (see below).
🔹 Work Light Not Responding?
✔ Reset by disconnecting and reconnecting the battery.
