If you’re trying to register your Infinity X1 or Duracell Lights product but can’t find it in the system, don’t worry! Due to ongoing website updates, some products may not appear in the dropdown menu. Follow these steps to ensure your product is successfully registered.
🔍 Step 1: Locate Your Product’s Item Number
Since your product isn't listed, you’ll need to manually enter its Item Number instead of selecting from the dropdown menu.

🔹 Check the product packaging
🔹 Look for a sticker or engraving on the product
🔹 If unsure, visit our website or contact support for assistance
🌐 Step 2: Visit the Registration Page
1️⃣ Go to Infinity X1 Product Registration
2️⃣ Click “REGISTER MY PRODUCT” at the top of the page
📝 Step 3: Enter Product Details (Workaround Method)
If your product is missing from the list, follow these instructions:
✅ For Item Number” → Enter Your Item Number (instead of selecting from the dropdown)
✅ For Product Name → Leave Blank (The system may not accept a manual entry)
✅ Fill out all other required fields (purchase info, your details, etc.)
✅ Submit the form
📩 Check Your Email: You may receive a confirmation email prompting you to activate your account.
📜 Registration Status & Warranty Activation
Once registered, your product will appear under Your Account in Registered Entries.
🚨 If the status shows “Status Requested” – don’t worry!
✅ Your lifetime warranty is still active even if the status doesn’t update immediately.
